State-of-the-art manufacturing facility for liquid Orals with sophisticated and automatic machines. With 668.9 sq. meters build-up area.
We have 5 independent Air Handling Units with 0.3 micron HEPA filters for all critical areas to make free from cross contamination.
Water Regeneration System – Pre-treatment (Chlorine Dosing + Multi Grade Filter + SMBS) for portable water passing through Double RO and then passing through DM plant & to the circulating loop system through user pendants.
Purified water circulating loop system with 11 user pendants.
RM/PM storage facility of 2100 sq. feet.Separate Entry For Man and Material.
In-house Microbiology & LAB analysis facility.Separate sampling and dispensing booth for raw materials.
Effluent Treatment Plant installed at site for Effluent Monitoring.
All critical activities will be performed under supervision of FDA approved qualified person only.
QUALITY CONTROL:
Company have in-built quality control laboratory for analysis of all raw materials, packing materials, in-process materials and finish products. For that laboratory is equipped with modern testing instruments and have competent staffs to perform all the analysis tests.
Quality control facility is equipped with latest sophisticated LAB equipments like – UV Spectrophotometer, Auto-Titrator, Stability Chamber etc.
QC/QA well equipped with technically qualified personals.
CAPACITY:
40,000 bottles per day per shift. With Pet and Glass bottles in 10 to 250 ml.
We have 2000 L Manufacturing Plant (Electric Heated).
We have Six Head Filling machine and Six Head ROPP Cap Sealing machine with Automatic Vertical Sticker Labelling Machine.
